Refund policy

We accept refund requests if:

  • The item arrived damaged, defective, or with missing parts

  • The wrong product was sent

  • The item hasn’t arrived after 30 business days from order date

How to request a refund:
Please contact us at miroka.shop@outlook.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Include clear photos or video of the issue and your order number.

Our team will review your case and offer either:

  • A full or partial refund

  • A replacement (if applicable)

  • A store credit

Returns:
In most cases, you won’t be required to return the item.
However, we reserve the right to request a return in some situations.
We will always guide you through the process.

Important Notes:

  • Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method via our payment partner (Western Bid).

  • We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect address entry.
