We accept refund requests if:

How to request a refund:

Include clear photos or video of the issue and your order number.
Our team will review your case and offer either:

A replacement (if applicable)

A store credit
Returns:
In most cases, you won’t be required to return the item.
However, we reserve the right to request a return in some situations.
We will always guide you through the process.
Important Notes:

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method via our payment partner (Western Bid).

We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect address entry.
